Today I am going to share with you some of the best application I use for my online business.

1.Skype

It is good to communicate with fellow colleagues, friends, customers with Skype.

You can use the chat feature in Skype or use get a headset and you can use voice. Calling from one skype to skype is FREE and this is very good! I use it to communicate from everyone around the world.

You can also use Skype to call mobile phones or land lines but you have to pay for it. Even though if you have to pay for it, the price is very cheap. Also perhaps we can do video calls one day.

2. Google Docs

Google docs is a free software online like microsoft words, powerpoint and excel. The best thing about it is free, and you can access your documents anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. You can organize your information online, and store them.

TIP: do not store your bank login and password or important financial passwords there.
