Everyday when I login to my facebook account, I come across that statement where it proclaims ‘dengan login dengan facebook dapat duit RM100 hari hari’. Now they tag photos of everyone as the expert probably taught them this method of abusing facebook.

So now let us go step by step whether this is a good business and reliable or not.

1. Just ask yourself this question, if everyday I login facebook and earn RM100, why don’t I create 100 accounts and login facebook myself to make money? I posted this to some of them  but till today no one answered me. Obviously Facebook company do not pay you any $$ for login into facebook. Now I am quite surprised why Facebook still allow this kind of promotion using Facebook name, usually those who anyway uses Facebook name will get a warning and then their account deleted.

2. Now ask yourself this question. If I know something that makes me money, why in the world I want to share out? As an Internet Marketer, if I find method that works, I usually keep it to myself because I do not want the market to be saturated.  This is called trade secret in most business and you certainly do not want to create competition. However, exception to this rule will be real Internet marketers who gets paid sharing their knowledge. But when I look at buat duit dengan Facebook, all I see is a pyramid system. That is why they continuous recruit members to get commission. (Ponzi Scheme)

I did not join the system but probably I will assume for every ‘head’ you intro, you will get paid RM50 and the uplines will get RM40 and the founder will get probably RM10. By just duplicating the system and introducing maybe 2 people to join, you will get back your ‘modal’ and wait for money to roll in. The founder of this system you must say is extremely smart and laid the marketing plan nicely.

So to conclude, buat duit dengan facebook or RM100 hari hari dengan login facebook is just another pyramid system. Facebook is like  a sea where all this so called ‘marketers’ promote and hopefully some facebook users join and the cycle continues. If you go to google and typed in ‘buat duit dengan’ (without ‘ ) you will see all the system they have done, with youtube, myspace and lots more.

So my take on this, these things a.k.a money game or pyramid system can make you fast money but at the same time these things never last. I sincerely admire the creator of this pyramid system launching his armies to do the fishing for him so one day if I ever get a chance to meet him, I will like to have a drink with him because I like smart people. But to others who want to play the game, I have laid out everything for you, so if you get burned, well it is only RM100 but make sure you do not promise to your friends and families richness because I am sure your reputation is more important to you.

Personally I have helped business and companies make tens of thousands of Ringgit using social media; it is an extremely powerful method to promote your products and services online but like everything else, it has to be nurtured nicely, and treat your fans or friends not as just cash cows but real people who have emotions.

You really don’t need a lot of money to be successful in internet business, although it is not realistic to expect to do it for free. Even small, home-based internet businesses that can fill a niche can operate successfully and profitably. The number one mistake someone thinking of starting an online business can make is to think too broadly, and/or to try immediately to sell products to other people that teach them how to start an internet business. One other type of internet business or web site is called BrochureWare. This is a site that acts as an online catalog for your company or organization, but from which people can’t purchase online. These sites do serve a purpose but have very little to do with running an online business for profit, so we won’t be discussing them.

OK, let’s dive in and see some types of successful online businesses.

Portal sites which sell digital products

This a very exciting model that requires mostly knowledge and time. A portal site is a site that provides information to people for free, or for a fixed price, and sells digital products to site visitors. You might be asking yourself, how do I create a portal, or do I have what it takes to build a portal site? To build a successful portal you need the following:

* A lot of information to share on a particular subject that people are interested in. If you have this, then creating a portal site can just be just plain fun and sometimes\ very profitable.

* You need to learn how to build and edit your own web site.

* A product of your own creation, or products you advertise as an affiliate, so that you can “monetize” (i.e., earn income from) your web site.

The truth is you don’t need a lot of money to build and launch a web site! You can start your first Internet business with an investment as small as a few hundred dollars. Where else in the world can you open a business with world wide exposure for so little? Only on the Internet! Let’s look at an example of a very successful portal site that sells and promotes digital products, while providing a great deal of free information.

The Newbie Club is an example of a great portal site dedicated to helping people who are new to running a business on the Internet. Their web site is not only a portal but they also sell their own digital products to club members and nonmembers. This type of web site, a portal that sells digital products, is becoming more and more common. Most of the products available at the Newbie Club are related to how to use computers and how to use the Internet effectively. Examine the site layout and content. Their design is very deliberate and straight forward. This is a classic, high quality portal site.

This type of site is becoming known as a “Virtual Real Estate” site. They come in a variety of formats, but the basic premise is to provide a good deal of content, and links to other sites, so as to attract both search engine spiders and human visitors. You can monetize your website with a variety of contextual text and graphic ads, utilizing Google AdSense, ads from the Yahoo Publisher Network and affiliate links to products at places like Amazon.com and Clickbank. You can also monetize a website with CPA offers (”cost per action” offers).

“Virtual Real Estate” is increasingly popular as people realize the value in diversifying their internet businesses and holdings. I now have more than 20 such sites myself, covering a variety of topics that have nothing to do with internet marketing, and I monetize them with a combination of Adsense and CPA offers, as well as using them for other types of lead generation. By the way, in case you don’t know it, lead generation through CPA is one of the most lucrative and least known mechanisms for making money online. I made the mistake of overlooking it for several years. You owe it to yourself to learn the various ways there are to monetize your website

The concept is very simple. You build a site that gives free information on a niche topic that people are interested in, draw traffic by publishing a related blog, and by publishing articles in the major article directories, and your money is made from the contextual advertising on the site.

If you run CPA ads, you can earn anywhere from a few dollars on up simply for having your site visitors fill out a form to request free information from your various advertisers. Website Flipping
You wouldn’t believe how easy this is. For the most part, this requires an investment but it’s relatively cheap compared to what you make and can even be done a few times a day if you’re quite quick at it. Like in every profession though, there’s people who fail at the most simple of tasks and there’s people who are champions of the world.

What exactly this is, is you’re going to create a fresh website that will be considered an “opportunity” to make money and will be sold back to the public for a set amount. You create a website, add some content, then sell it.

Getting A Domain

The very first step is to get a domain. Now personally, I ALWAYS use Host Gator. They’ve always been super helpful to me and have always answered any questions on any help that I might need. You can use your own but I’m just referring you to my favorite host.

Now, depending on your niche, you need to choose a domain that’s obviously name-relevant. It doesn’t have to be exact name.info or exactname.org but you get the idea. If you’re doing a website about cruises then try to get something along the line of “Cheap-travel-cruises.org .net” what ever is available, it really doesn’t matter.

The domain name should honestly not need explaining nor help because it’s pretty self-explanatory and is why I put it dead first.

Niche/Keyword Research

Now, this should honestly always be your very first step but before getting a website you should have a niche in mind so that’s why I’m putting this as step #2.

Now, you might have your own software for this, but my favorite website in the whole wide world is https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal so go to it. Now with your niche in mind on what you want to create your website about, look for keywords, long-tail profitable keywords which don’t have much competition to take over. We’re not going to go into farther details because you don’t care how profitable the keywords are for this website.. your job is to make people believe these keywords are profitable enough to make a lot of money when you sell it.  Anything can sell if you know what to say to people. So that part is quite purely simple.
Go to the Google Keyword tool and type in your niche/keywords and lookup for some low competition keywords and please dear god make sure they’re at least getting searches.. yes I have been asked if that was a requirement. Write down 20 of these keywords you noticed.

Adding Content

This is the part I personally can’t stand because I only like content being added by me and since I am a very fast writer, I just write it all up myself. However, not every one wants to do that, and since you’ve already invested $25 or less into the domain/website, you can either use the above methods described to find free content (if you can) on your niche or you just have to bite the bullet and write yourself.You can outsource/hire some people to write the content for you with the exact keywords given.. yes that is very important.. please make sure you are using the exact keywords you noted down. However, when someone writes content for you, quality is not guaranteed or usually even delivered. You’ll just profit more by writing the articles yourself, however if you scale this up and do it long term and a lot with a lot of writers doing this for you, it can become quite profitable by outsourcing. So this is up to you. This section doesn’t really need it’s own section but I felt I should chime in with my thoughts anyway.

Selling It

Here is the meat of the package.. selling it.. ah yes here we go.

You can sell this on marketing forums or on www.sitepoint.com        which is personally my favorite place to actually sell websites because well.. a lot of business goes down on that website whether it be small or big.
In case SOME HOW you are behind and still have no idea how to set the website up and are not to this point yet.. I would advise you to re-read this section but I will break it down for you.

#1 – Choose a domain name related to your niche, it doesn’t matter if it’s .org, .net, .com, w/e. Register it through your own preferred hosting.

#2 – Go to the Google Keyword Tool and find 20 keywords whether they be long-tail, or short. Think
Bum Marketing and find 20 marketable keywords with low competition but decent searches monthly.

#3 – Either write the 20 articles yourself (they should be around 300-500 words I prefer 350 and add them to your website). This was kind of implied but you never know.. some genius out there probably forgot to do this step. Or, you can simply hire someone to write the articles for you.

#4 – You should be here.
When setting up a listing on Sitepoint, first impressions are EVERY THING! These people buy
websites for a living, so you must convince these people that your website is the worth the price tag you put on it.

Remember to include some main pointers inside your listing. It covers profitable keywords, it’s
relatively cheap for the traffic it will bring in, It’s an amazing business opportunity. Now, you will
almost always be asked why you’re not just making money with it yourself instead of handing off such a wonderful opportunity and the response that usually works for me is “I just don’t have the time to run it. I can create these in no time at all, but I simply don’t have enough time to add or manage the content there.”

You can use your own excuse but what ever works. Be professional and present this website like it’s been raking in thousands of dollars per week for you. Don’t flat out lie, but you have to make people seriously believe this website will make the money.In site flipping, people really do love the kinds of opportunities like this and they usually jump at it the first chance they get. It all just depends on the niche you’ve chosen, hopefully you’ve selected great keywords and the articles/the website it’s self is presented professionally.
